Right across from the beginning of the street - are the main railway and bus stations, from which there is a JAT (Serbian Airlines) bus-line taking passengers to the airport, each hour. Also, in the near vicinity is also Zeleni Venac, the green market, as well as one of the main traffic knots from which you can reach any other destination in the city - with only a single bus line.
